Promote the sales of NTR´s products. Performing the following tasks:
- Talk to clients and potential clients to create customer interest in NTR's IT products
- Explain and demonstrate products, which involves on-line or on-site demos with technical descriptions of products and the way they may be used
- Develop and update their knowledge of NTR's and competitors' products and speak with other sales and marketing personnel to work out the best methods of promoting products
- Quote and negotiate prices and credit terms, prepare contracts and record orders in the CRM system (SalesForce)
- Report to the Sales Manager on sales and provide feedback on the marketing of new or established products
- Keep customers informed of new product developments and IT innovation opportunities
- Provide after-sales support
- Participate in product development, marketing and client education activities
- Talk to IT technical experts (analysts, designers, programmers)
