In 2000, Jan became vice president of Cap Gemini and created DareStep, a Web agency within Cap Gemini devoted to the creation of large Web portals with a strong focus on usability. In 2003, after the consolidation of the DareStep project, Jan founded Bryte, a company focused on bringing natural language to websites by creating digital dialogues. Under Jan´s direction, Bryte became a strong partner and distributor of NTRglobal products at the company’s inception. His continuous collaboration and involvement with NTRglobal eventually brought him inside the company itself.
