The Key Account division was created in early 2006 with a view to expanding our organization and accessing large, strategic accounts. The division operates as a Competence Center, supporting NTR global worldwide. We are currently looking to recruit a Key Account Manager to join our dynamic sales team, supporting the Country Manger and working to develop a strong and sustainable position for NTR products in the local territory.
Your mission as a Key Account Manager, should you meet the requirements below and accept this challenging but rewarding role is to:- Identify and develop strategic account opportunities in the assigned region
- Define and maintain account plans for identified accounts
- Manage the bidding process for opportunities generated
- Liaise with the Competence Centre and other departments to build commercial proposals and presentations
- Globally manage assigned accounts including the contractual and legal side
- Track sales activities in the Internal CRM
- Ensure client retention and satisfaction
- Provide feedback to Product Managers regarding market response or requirements
- Monitor small and medium business clients for up-sell/cross sell opportunities
- Report to Regional Strategic Account Managers and Country Managers
Key requirements:
- University education (bachelor’s degree or equivalent)
- At least 7 years experience in technology industries
- At least 3 years experience selling software and/or services
- Experience in developing and closing deals with large companies
- Experience dealing with senior client management
Other desired requirements:
- Application service provider experience/knowledge
- Experience in dealing with systems integrators

Note this is a largely field-based position and will require frequent travel.
