In 2001, he decided to develop his entrepreneur career and joined the head hunting company Euromanager as partner, an activity which combines with his functions as President of NTR.

In 2002, after first VC investment in NTR, he joined full time.

He also is Management and Technology lecturer in various masters programs run in the engineering school, La Salle of Universidad Ramon Llull. Lluís Font, graduated as Engineer in Telecommunications with International MBA from Manhattan College of New York, is currently undertaking a doctorate.
