NTRglobal Delivers Next-Generation SaaS (Software-as-a-Service)

NTRglobal (www.ntrglobal.com) announces the launch of a next-generation SaaS solution that will allow NTRadmin customers to host data and manage communications locally while still enjoying the advantages of the NTRglobal SaaS model.
The remote systems administration solution NTRadmin enables companies to monitor, control, and manage their IT assets, wherever their systems are located, inside or outside the corporate LAN with total security.

This new Self-Hosted model means that both the NTRadmin solution and client data reside exclusively in the customer’s server while communications external to the customer’s LAN can optionally use the high-speed NTRglobal socket server network. Thus, the company keeps full control of corporate information generated and used by NTRadmin while maintaining the advantages usually associated with NTRglobal SaaS offerings:

- Live feature updates that enable customers to roll-out new features locally as soon as they are available.
- High-speed connectivity for both communications and remote connections that customers have come to expect from NTRglobal’s worldwide socket server network.
- Fast implementation and an intuitive design that minimizes the need for training.
- Coming soon NTRglobal will offer optional services, such as security backups to enable the continuation of service in the case that the customer’s server fails, or the provision of a pre-production environment.

This new model means that in addition to operating in the Internet environment, NTRadmin now also works in closed networks such as LANs and Intranets, taking SaaS to the next level.  Now customers can choose to use NTRadmin hosted on their own servers or by NTRglobal, with both models offering the same great features and live updates.
