NTRsupport Now Certified for Salesforce.com’s AppExchange

15/10/2007 - NTRglobal, a leading provider of Web-based remote support solutions, announced today that its flagship product, NTRsupport, has been certified for Salesforce.com’s AppExchange.  Following a rigorous security assessment process, Salesforce.com has awarded NTRsupport the distinction of being AppExchange Certified.

Last October, NTRglobal announced the integration of NTRsupport with Salesforce  to provide instant, integrated remote support.  NTRsupport is used by over 10,500 companies around the world, and now  because of this integration, any company using Salesforce.com for support can enhance the service that it offers its clients..   The details of the remote support session are automatically logged in the Salesforce.com case, including all chat conversations, remote control sessions and any remote diagnostic information that was captured during the support session. 

The security testing covered vulnerability control, NTRsupport server configuration, SQL search stability, strength against intrusions, password policies, encryption mechanisms, critical data storage and data transmission.  The excellent results ensure security and stability for NTRsupport users around the world.
