Suzuki selects NTRsupport
Suzuki recently chose NTRsupport, the most advanced remote support solution in the market, to offer technical assistance to its network of dealers and re-sellers in Spain. With the integration of NTRsupport, technical support incidents will be solved faster and easier while reducing the operating costs. Ángel Pulido, IT&C Manager at Suzuki Ibérica: “NTRsupport gives us the possibility to access the client's desktop remotely without having to visit their site.
