Passwords are always encrypted and never travel over the Internet during login. The login process uses a “three strike” rule to temporarily block an ID when an incorrect password has been entered three times in a row.
Protected Data Transfer
NTRsupport encrypts data before transfer. The implemented SSL protocol safeguards your connections against intrusions from outside parties. During remote control sessions, packets are sent and received via a TCP connection, which is encrypted with the 256-bit Rijndael Advanced Encryption Standard (AES) algorithm.
Safe Data Storage
All your data is protected with 128-bit end-to-end encryption and industry standard protocols like SSL. Rapid decoding allows for instant retrieval as soon as an administrator needs to access and review session data.
System Monitoring and Backup
Extensive application monitoring and backup systems are used to manage the NTRsupport SaaS platform. NTRsupport servers are housed in data center facilities that perform 24/7 network monitoring and apply the strictest security measures. NTRglobal performs continuous system backups to ensure rapid data and system recovery in the event of system interruptions.
Attack and Threat Detection
NTRglobal can detect threats to the NTRsupport SAAS platform using processing for data validation and attack-pattern detection. This allows IT staff to take the appropriate measures to block the potential threat. The following threat types are detected at application level:
- SQL injection
- Hijacking
- Cross-site scripting (XSS)
- Flooding
- Buffer overflow
Repeated attacks from the same source are prevented by the use of IP and/or account blocking.
