NTRsupport is available in two delivery models : Software as a Service (SaaS) hosted by NTRglobal and SaaS Self-Hosted.
With the SaaS model hosted by NTRglobal, you invest an affordable monthly fee without worrying about installation, security, updates, monitoring, or database maintenance – we will take care of all that for you.
The SaaS Self-Hosted model requires your company to host the application, data, and necessary communications and NTRglobal delivers frequent feature updates.

NTRsupport Operators can use:
- Microsoft Windows 9X, 2000, NT, ME, 2003, XP or Vista with Internet Explorer 5.5 (or later), Netscape 6, Firefox 1.0, or Opera 8.0
- Mac 10.2 with Firefox 1.0, Camino 1.0 or Netscape 6
