System Requirements

NTRsupport is available in two delivery models : Software as a Service (SaaS) hosted by NTRglobal and SaaS Self-Hosted.
With the SaaS model hosted by NTRglobal, you invest an affordable monthly fee without worrying about installation, security, updates, monitoring, or database maintenance – we will take care of all that for you.

The SaaS Self-Hosted model requires your company to host the application, data, and necessary communications and NTRglobal delivers frequent feature updates.

Operator Computers
NTRsupport Operators can use:

  • Microsoft Windows 9X, 2000, NT, ME, 2003, XP or Vista with Internet Explorer 5.5 (or later), Netscape 6, Firefox 1.0, or Opera 8.0
  • Mac 10.2 with Firefox 1.0, Camino 1.0 or Netscape 6

Customer Computers
NTRsupport serves customers using the following operating systems and browsers:

  • Windows 9X, 2000, NT, ME, 2003, XP, Vista with Internet Explorer 5.0, Netscape 6, Firefox 1.0, Opera 9.0
  • Mac 10.2 with Firefox 1.0, Safari 1.0, Camino 1.0, Netscape 6, Opera 9.0.
  • Any Linux distribution of Kernel 2.4 or 2.6 (including Ubuntu, SUSE, Fedora, Debian, Mandriva, and others) with Firefox 1.0, Konqueror, Netscape 6, Opera 9.0, Epiphany
  • Windows Mobile 2003, Windows Mobile 2003 SE, Windows Mobile 5 and Windows Mobile 6 Professional and Classic with Internet Explorer

SaaS Self-Hosted Server

  • Windows 2003 Server, SQL 2005
  • Free hard disk space: 120 Mb for SQL 
  • Free hard disk space for IIS: 200Mb
